The impact of a significant female presence in leadership roles has wide-ranging benefits on the economy, on governance and on society at large.

Significant progress has already been made, but it is time that we collectively intensify our efforts and ensure that true equality is finally realized.

You have to prove that gender equality is not mission impossible. It is mission possible.

Women’s rights are something so inextricably linked with who I am, so deeply personal and rooted in my life that I can’t imagine an opportunity more exciting.

Some things just cannot wait. Men must stand up now for women's equality and make the necessary changes to ensure that all women experience growth and prosperity.

I will continue to use my voice across the business to encourage our male employees, as well as sons, husbands, brothers and fathers to pledge their support and take action.

As a father of two brilliant daughters, I am strongly convinced that women should be free to realize their career prospects and given the same opportunities as their male peers.
